Hi Parents!
We are not going to have a spelling test this week or next. Our schedule is a bit off these next two weeks with many different activities.
On Tuesday, December 13th, the school has its Holiday Music Concert. The students will be performing at 9:30 and 1:30. They are the same performances so you do not need to attend both, but you can if you would like.
Our Mini-Society Lessons have gotten started. We focused on the idea of scarcity yesterday and today. Tomorrow we will come up with our countries currency and the name of our country. We will also begin to discuss the difference between a good and a service. The students should not bring any of their products to school until Dec. 16th.
Please send back the permission slips for our filled trip to Bohart. They are due on Friday. The checks should be made out to Hyalite PAC, the total amount will be 25 dollars IF your child is renting equipment from Bohart. If you are in need of a scholarship please let me know via email: katie.porter@bsd7.org, it isn't a problem I just need to know.
